Exchange or Return of Goods

At Qist Shop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and return the item within 14 days after the purchase date.

To maintain the right to return the product, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The packaging should remain intact, and the product should not be damaged or destroyed, unless it occurs through no fault of the customer. If the product is damaged due to handling or defects outside the customer’s control, the return option remains valid.
  • If the product has been unpacked or tested, a reduction in its value due to this process will not automatically prevent the customer from requesting a return or refund.

Return Eligibility Requirements
The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following components are missing:

  • The product is not fully equipped with all its parts and accessories.
  • The original receipt from Qist Shop confirming the purchase.
  • The warranty card (if applicable).
  • A defect report issued by the service department.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and will be completed within the time frames established by current legislation. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
